WHAT ARE YOUR RATES?

 

Psychotherapy Rates:

$180.00 for a 45 minute session

$240.00 for a 60 minute session

$275.00 for an initial intake/Diagnostic Interview

Assessment Rates:

$275.00 for an initial intake/Diagnostic Interview

$185.00 per hour for assessment-related tasks such as testing, battery selection, scoring, interpretation, report writing, interactive feedback.

DO YOU OFFER SLIDING SCALE RATES?

A limited portion of my caseload is on a sliding scale fee and is reserved for those experiencing financial hardship.

 DO YOU TAKE INSURANCE?

 

I am in-network with PacificSource, First Choice, Aetna, Regence BCBS, Moda, Providence Health Plan, United Healthcare, Cigna, Kaiser PPO, and Medicare.  All other insurers I am able to bill as an out-of-network provider.
